From there, we’ll arrange a convenient time to book the job, whether it’s on-site or at our workshop. For more complex repairs, we typically begin with a diagnostic check, starting at $121.00 inc. Once we have all the required information, we’ll offer an upfront quote to ensure you have complete peace of mind—no hidden surprises.

The second step in our process involves bringing the vehicle in for a thorough inspection. Once it's in the shop or we are onsite, we carefully assess its overall condition, paying close attention to any potential issues. We perform a detailed check of key components, such as the engine, transmission, and exhaust systems, noting any signs of wear or damage. This allows us to identify all necessary repairs and ensure that the vehicle receives the proper care it needs to stay or get back on the road safely. We keep open communication with our clients, ensuring they’re informed about any unexpected repairs, giving them the option to proceed or wait until next time.

In the third step of our process, we carry out the necessary servicing or repairs on the vehicle, using high-quality parts and precision to ensure optimal performance. We work efficiently to address the required maintenance and any identified issues to complete the job to the highest standard.  Once the work is finished, we provide the customer with a detailed job card, outlining all the services performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future maintenance. This transparency helps keep our customers informed and confident in the work we've done.
